HELLOOOO I AM BACK!!! haha...so long didn't post le....seriously busy with my life man....everyday finish sch jiu go work le...but nowadays seldom liao le...i work lesser le..haha..cos i really need to rest more...being working too much...til my legs oso cannot take it le..it broke down on mon...became my alarm clock...for many days i noe my calf cannot handle le..really very pain n suan le...but den stil nv cramp..i noe soon le..so i drank some salt water n took banana....but den on mon..wake up..saw de time 7.30...den i sch at 9 mahx..den very tired..cos sun work..
den just wake up mahx..first thing kanna is muscle cramps le..nearly both calf tgt cramp sia..but luckily in time i relax my right calf...but de left one kanna..damn pain lahx..very long no cramps liao le...suddenly come such a heavy one..den it bacame a burden..make me mon go sch so pathetic...den in de afternoon de stupid kee pua stunt no go work...hai wo have to go n cover his place..knn=.= in de end even tired..they ask me work til closing i oso cannot le..have to push away...feel so sry lahx..they need ppl..but den i too tired to work le..haiz...
den yst which is tues...after sch went to have my first training at paya lebar kovan...feel so bad..lyk not being loyal to my coach de team...but den if my coach got arrange a team i sure go help him play de...cos i am stil QIAN XI DE PLAYER!!! nv ever change fact...but nw i dun have de face to say sia...too lousy liao le..got to get back my form n become stronger..from now on wards i wun stop training le..every week confirm must go for trainings...since got ppl play tgt liao le..i jiu wun stop le..haha...
anyway today wake up feel damn shack lahx..whole body damn pain damn pain de can...cos very long no play bball le..can say is very long no exercise liao le..den yst play awhile nia lohx..today so damn tired le..lolx...must jia you le..haha...den today learn how to write my name in jap..haha...got smiley face de wor..lolx!!! damn nice lahx....can't help it..my name too nice le...hehehhe...jkjk..haha...
